This Halloween ?, join Extinction Rebellion Sydney for a disruptive dance disco as we take our protest partying to the streets!
Dressed as spooky skeletons (doot, doot) and ghosts, we’ll slide and shimmy down Sydney’s streets in a supernatural style, as we bring attention to all the species claimed by the Sixth Mass Extinction.
We’ll start learning our dance moves around 5pm, courtesy of some super duper dance teachers, and then take our ghastly grooves to the streets around 5.30pm to 5.45pm.
Come early to grab a costume and get your face painted or bring your own skeleton, extinct species or Halloween themed costume!
This is a family friendly event, so bring your little spookers for some supernatural samba!
We’ll release more details on the march route, as well as the after party location, in the next week. Rest assured, this is going to be an extremely spine-chilling event!
